ISL Asia does offer a range of standard ‘factory’ control panels for you to choose from. Non-standard controllers can also be manufactured for special applications, including multi station operation, auto station switch over and electric motor current control (for sieve operation), to name just a few.

Type of Standard Control Panel

CONTROLLER BASIC

IBC Control System - BasicThe standard ISL Cone Valve Controllers can be operated manually or by remote signal to run the Cone Valve in a variety of modes. The Valve can be set and reset at any time to different apertures to accommodate the whole range of powders, granules from free flowing to cohesive. The Valve can be controlled to automatically vary its aperture so as to maintain any required discharge rate.

Specification –

  • Enclosure to IP 65 in carbon steel painted grey with gland plate for clients input/outputs.
  • Face mounted E/Stop, indicators.
  • Mains air in and out connections.
  • Terminal block for client connections.
  • 5 factory preset and client variable valve positions.
  • Siemens LOGO controller with 6/6 digital I/O’s, plus 2 analogue 10 bit inputs (one for transducer one spare) and 5 system setting screens.

Services required

  • Electricity 110/240 V ac, 1 amp.
  • Air minimum 4 bar @ 4 m3/min instantaneous, 1 m3/min average.
